The Tornado™ Model 602 is designed to add an extra layer of protection to analyzer systems by removing particulate from liquid samples. It works best in conjunction with any of our original Genie® Series 200 or Genie® Supreme Series 200 models, which remove immiscible liquids from any hydrocarbon liquid sample. Together they help extend the membrane life of the Genie® Membrane Separator.
The Tornado™ Model 602 provides continuous gas sample conditioning in any process industry including natural gas, petrochemical, and oil refining. This model uses tornadic action to continuously self-clean its filter elements; therefore, it effectively extends the life of its filter.
The Teflon® G.U.T.S.™ (Genie® Ultimate Thermoplastic Seal) gasket is an excellent alternative to expensive elastomers. It maintains a bubble-tight seal, even when thermocycled repeatedly from 0° F to 300° F, so it can withstand radical temperature cycles without leaking.
